Department of Government Summer Internship Fellowships: Application Deadline April 15
The Smith College Department of Government announces the annual competition for funding summer internships.
The Fox-Boorstein International Internship fellowship is intended to support Smith students working at summer internships in governmental or non-governmental/profit or non-profit international organizations. The amount of the award varies depending on the number of applicants and the amount available in the fund. Over the last few years, the average award has ranged from $300-$800.
The Leanna Brown ‘56 Fellowship is intended to support Smith students working at summer internships in state or local government or in organizations (government or non-government, domestic or international) focused on issues of particular concern to women. The amount of the award varies. Last year, the average award ranged from $500-$1000.
All Smith students are invited to apply for these fellowships; priority is given to government majors. Application deadline is Monday, April 15.
