Camera: What's Inside the Box?
Students in Computer Science
103, How Computers Work, taught by Dominique Thiebaut, recently
found out exactly what was inside the box of a personal computer
when they opened them up and took out every single part—circuit
boards, CPUs, memory chips, processors. The exercise, which
took place in the Ford Hall atrium, was intended to give
the participants a perspective few people see.
