This snowman made of cheese on a bed of lettuce was the recent artistic creation of Cathy Kolosewicz, kitchen assistant (dining services) in Cutter-Ziskind. The entire work was created with food for the enjoyment of students at Cutter-Ziskind dinner. The body consists of assorted cheese spreads, the arms are green onions, the belt is the skin of an eggplant and a piece of whole cinnamon.
