Waterbury, Conn.
Did you always
know you wanted to come to Smith?
Not at all. But once I knew,
I knew.
NOW THE FUN STUFF:
Who gets the most face
time with you?
My co-workers. I work
in a resource center in North Philadelphia and it is quickly
taking over my life.
When was the
last time you wore a dress?
Yesterday. It looked
real nice tucked into my bike shorts during my commute to
work.
What are you
reading now?
Anna
Karenina. It's
book #2 on my life of "Books I Should Have Read as an English
Lit Major But Never Did."
Do you eat fast food?
No, but I can eat food fast,
if necessary.
What do you miss most
about home?
Not paying rent. Free food.
My cats.
What is your favorite
movie?
Godard's Breathless.
If you suddenly had
two hours of free time, what would you do?
Sleep, read, listen to NPR.
What is your
favorite wall hanging in your room?
The Maltese flag. Represent!
Do you consider yourself
an urban, suburban or rural person?
A mix of urban and rural. It's
a real dilemma.
What annoys
the heck out of you?
New England weather.
Drivers who don't give bicyclists the right of way. When
my coffee gets cold. When there are no vegan options. When
I can't help my clients because the social services system
is build against them. The price of beer in NYC.
Who are your
role models?
Gloria Steinem!
What single piece of
advice would you give to President Christ?
Do everything and anything
to maintain house community and stop putting suites in the
houses!
