THE BASICS:
Where are you from?
New York City.
Did you always
know you wanted to come to Smith?
Not at all. It wasn't really
on my radar until I got the acceptance letter. It was the
first acceptance letter I got and I just knew it was right.
NOW THE FUN STUFF:
Who gets the most face
time with you?
My sister. She's 14
years older than me (we're half sisters) but we are like
best friends.
When was the
last time you wore a dress?
The graduation party
I hosted. It was a black Donna Karan babydoll dress.
What are you
reading now?
I just finished the
entire Golden Compass series by Phillip Pullman.
Now I'm on to The Remains of the Day by Kazuo Ishiguro.
Do you eat fast food?
Amost never. I'm a health freak.
What do you miss most
about home?
I'm from Manhattan, so I miss
the feeling that no matter what, I'll have something to do.
I can always go to a movie or a museum. Being alone in New
York City is a lot easier compared to other places.
What is your favorite
movie?
Clueless and The
American President.
If you suddenly had
two hours of free time, what would you do?
Probably something disgustingly
girly. A massage and shopping. Maybe a movie on Lifetime
and a carton of ice cream.
What is your
favorite wall hanging in your room?
I'm in between "rooms" right
now. But for the past few years at Smith, I always hung a
painting by an artist who is a family friend. He created
it specifically for me as a Bat Mitzvah present; it is an
abstract water color in blues, peaches, and greens.
Do you consider yourself
an urban, suburban or rural person?
Urban.
What annoys
the heck out of you?
Humidity. Pickled herring
in cream sauce. Loud noise. Complainers. Most small children.
Who are your
role models?
I look up to celebrities
who make great decisions like Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan.
What single piece of
advice would you give to President Christ?
Add more color to your
wardrobe. She wears the same few Chanel-like suits over and
over again. I've only seen her wear red, blue and black.
I'd like to see her in a pattern. She should also consider
different shoes.
