Registration Information

Accepting Registrations until JULY 1!

  1. A $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT must accompany this registration form. It will be applied to the total cost. Confirmation of enrollment will be sent via email only.

  2. Balance due must be paid by July 1.

  3. There will be NO REFUNDS after July 1.

  4. Final instructions will be emailed two weeks before the program begins.

  5. Space is limited. Processing will be according to postmark.

PLEASE NOTE: STUDENTS UNDER AGE 10 MUST COMMUTE TO THE PROGRAM AND BE DROPPED OFF AND PICKED UP EVERY MORNING AND AFTERNOON!

Tuition for Junior Students (before applicable discounts)   $250

HOUSING AND MEALS

Commuter Meal Plans (Sunday dinner through Friday lunch)
Plan A (bring your own)   $25
NOTE: Fee for Commuter Plan A covers cost of staff supervision — meals must be eaten outside dining hall  
Plan B (lunch only)   $85
Plan C (lunch & dinner)   $175
NOTE: Commuters choosing C can also eat breakfast

NOTE: Intermediate and Senior campers may apply for both discounts. Junior campers will only receive one.

Medical Forms

All participants must print, complete, sign, and return four medical documents: Medical Information Form, Prescription Medication Policy, the Medical Release Waiver Form, and the Meningitis Vaccination Waiver. Smith College requires either proof of vaccination or a signed waiver form. Signed forms must be returned by July 1 to:
