Podcasters record and publish audio or video
over the Internet, and create an RSS feed that allows users to automatically receive
new episodes. Podcasting has been described as TiVo for Internet audio and video,
because it lets users save content digitally, and replay it at their convenience.
Users determine what programming they want to receive, and when and how they want
to listen to it, either through their computers, or with portable media devices.
To listen to this audio podcast, you will need
a computer with high-speed internet access, and free software that enables you to
receive podcasts.
