The Office of STEM Advising and Mentoring offers several programs that provide support and opportunities for students of all class years and from across all science, technology, engineering and mathematics disciplines at Smith College. While there are both overlaps and distinctions among these programs, the overarching goal remains the same: to promote the success of students from social groups historically underrepresented in STEM fields and ensure access to all students interested in these disciplines.
