First Response - If you are one of the people in charge of the area where the emergency is occurring (as listed in Section IV, Part A) you are designated as the first Disaster Supervisor: Read Section IV, Part A and ensure that the steps listed there have been taken. Contact the Chair of EPWG (or another member of EPWG if the Chair is unavailable) to serve as the second Disaster Supervisor. Turn to Appendix B for a list of EPWG members. Carefully follow the steps in Section IV, Part D.	Section IV, Part A Section IV, Part D Appendix B
From Home - If you are contacted at home about a library emergency, it is because you are one of the people in charge of the area where the emergency is occurring. Read Section IV, Part A and ensure that the steps listed there have been taken. Contact the Chair of EPWG (or another member of EPWG if the Chair is unavailable) to serve as the second Disaster Supervisor. Turn to Appendix B for a list of EPWG members. If it is late at night, consider together what steps should be taken right away, and what can wait until regular work hours. Read Section IV, Part B and Section IV, Part C before leaving home. Take your copy of the Disaster Plan with you. Once you reach the disaster site, carefully follow the steps in Section IV, Part	Section IV, Part A Section IV, Part B Section IV, Part C Section IV, Part D Section IV, Part E Appendix B
