arrive at your placement, be sure to ask whether your agency has its own
library or whether it can arrange library privileges for you at an area
library. If not, then use the listing(s) below to identify area libraries
and their policies regarding access and borrowing. Note that all policies
described below are subject to change.

PhD Candidates:
- For
Reading Room privileges, a letter from your advisor is required. With
Reading Room privileges, you may visit Widener Library for up to six
days in one calendar year. All materials are paged for you (10 items
maximum per day) and delivered after 3pm the next business day.
- For
stack access and borrowing privileges, a letter from your advisor
is required, along with a fee. Fees are $275/3 months; $450/6 months;
$750/year. You will not be eligible to use the interlibrary loan service.
Masters' Candidates:
- For
Reading Room privileges, a letter from your advisor is required.With
Reading Room privileges, you may visit Widener Library for up to six
days in one calendar year. All materials are paged for you and delivered
after 3pm the next business day. No stack, borrowing or interlibrary
loan privileges are available for Masters' candidates.
