You can download a copy of the E-Reserve Form to Word and type your reserve list directly on it. Just follow these steps.

1. Click on the following link: e-resform.doc
2. In Netscape, a window will open with options to "Open" or "Save to Disk"; choose "Open" and click on "OK".
   In Internet Explorer, the document should open immediately.
3. Click on "File/Save As" (top bar)
4. Find the Directory/Folder where you want to save the form.
5. Click on Save
6. Open Word, find the file and type your list.
