PRINT RESERVES

Required reading, viewing, and listening materials may be placed on reserve in the libraries for the semester.
Click on the Reserves tab in the Five College Library Catalog.
Search by the last name of the instructor for your course, or use one of the other search options.
Reserve loan periods vary by location.
Request reserve materials in person, at the Neilson or branch library service desk. You provide the call number. A staff member will retrieve the item.
Have your ID ready in order to borrow reserve materials.
Some materials may circulate overnight.
Late fees will be charged for items not returned on time.

ELECTRONIC RESERVES

About E-Reserves (Moodle)

Some instructors provide reserve readings electronically through Moodle/E-Reserves.
To access e-reserves, log on to Moodle/E-Reserves using your Groupwise username and password.

Requirements for access

Required: An internet connection, web browser (Firefox, Netscape, Internet Explorer, 4.0 or higher), associated programs recommended by your instructor (e.g., MS Word, Adobe Acrobat reader), and an e-mail account.
Groupwise username and password: same as for your Smith email.
Help with passwords: ITS User Support Center, 585-4487.
