Microforms

The Smith College Libraries' microforms collections (including microfilm, microfiche, and microcards) are housed in several library locations:

Neilson Library

Microforms Area: Level B North

• 2 self-service opaque reader/printer/scanners for microfilm and microfiche
• Cost: no charge for scanning; $.15 per print copy
• Pay with a OneCard or a guest print/copy card (for sale on first floor)
• Ask for help at the Circulation Desk on the first floor

Young Science Library

Microform Room: 1st Floor

• 1 self-service opaque reader/printer/scanner for microfilm and microfiche
• No charge for copying science materials or for scanning
• Collection includes some science journals and research sets
• Ask for help at the service desk

Hillyer Art Library

Microforms Area: 2nd Floor

• 1 self-service opaque reader/printer for microfilm and microfiche
• Cost: $.15 per copy, payable in cash at the Art Library's service desk
• Ask for help at the service desk

Josten Library for the Performing Arts

Basement Stack Foyer

• 1 self-service opaque reader/printer/scanner for microfilm and microfiche
• Cost: no charge for scanning; $.15 per copy, payable in cash at the Josten Library's service desk
