Five College Library Catalog: My Account & Renewing Items

Use My Account in the Five College Library Catalog to...

• View and renew items you have checked out. See Renewing Items for renewal policies. Also see Loan Policies & Periods.
• See what materials you've requested from all Five College libraries. See Requesting Five College Books for more information.

Connect to the Five College Library Catalog, and click on the My Account /Renew link in the menu bar at the top of any search or results page.
When prompted, type the 15 digit barcode from the back of your Smith OneCard into the first box. Copy and paste it into the second box. Click GO.
Your loans, holds, and other activities at each of the Five College libraries will be displayed in a table format. Click on the numbers in the table to see more information.
To renew loans, click on the relevant number in the Loans row.
On the new page, check off the boxes to the left of the items you want to renew.
Click Renew Marked in the menu bar at the top of the page.
Repeat this process to view and renew items checked out at other Five College libraries.
