On the CNKI USA home page, select "CAJ Full-text" from the pull-down menu and click "search". The CAJ database is divided into 9 series databases and sub-divided 126 subject databases. Use Internet Explorer.
Historical Abstracts - 1956 to present
Covers history after 1450, excluding U.S. and Canada; lists articles, books, collections, and dissertations.
Humanities Abstracts - 1984 to present
Abstracts of articles, book reviews, interviews, obituaries, bibliographies, original works of fiction (including dramas and poems), and reviews of plays and television and radio programs from over 465 sources in the humanities.
International Bibliography of the Social Sciences (IBSS) - 1951 to present
Contains information from international publications, including over 2600 journals, in the fields of economics, political science, sociology, and anthropology. Compiled by the British Library of Political & Economic Science.

Indexes nearly 1,200 English-language scholarly journals and specialized magazines in the social sciences and humanities; also includes citations to book reviews.
Humanities International Index
Includes data from American Humanities Index plus international journals, books and reference works. Provides citations and abstracts for articles, essays, and original works including poems, fiction, photographs, paintings and illustrations.

Databases compiled by the National Central Library in Taiwan. This is a very slow site.
[Japanese] CiNii (NII Scholarly and Academic Information Navigator)
Index to articles published in university bulletins and journals. Abstracts are often included and links are provided to NACSIS Webcat to help you checking for library holdings information.
[Japan] Zasshi Kiji Sakuin @ NDL - 1947 to present
Citations to articles published in Japanese language periodicals. Coverage begins with 1947, which is better than the Nichigai Associates database, but the system goes down between 2-5 in the afternoons for maintenance.
