Reference Forms for Visiting Researchers

Researchers planning a visit to the SSC may view the finding aids, then complete the following forms ahead of time.

Please print the forms, fill them out, and bring them with you when you visit. If you are not planning to visit in person, please use the Email Reference form above.

Please note: access to some materials may not be immediate. For collections housed in remote storage we require 48 hours advance notice of your visit.
