All confererence presenters and attendees must register for the conference. Each annual conference must pay its own costs. The conference fee includes morning and afternoon snack breaks and several receptions. Northampton is home to many wonderful restaurants, and a list of those within easy walking distance is here, and will also be included in the materials you receive at the conference. For an additional fee, attendees may also opt to attend the banquet on Saturday evening ($35) and/or to purchase a boxed lunch for Saturday and/or Sunday ($10 each).
Boxed lunches Saturday and Sunday: $10 per lunch.

Because travel costs for international participants, students, part-time faculty, and independent scholars can be prohibitive, the Woolf Conference has established a travel award fund. The size of the awards will depend on the donations received and the number of applicants. All money from the fund will be distributed. Please note the amount donated on the registration form and include the donation in your payment total. To request a travel award, submit an application in writing or via e-mail, including an estimate of travel costs only and a brief explanation of need, to Vara Neverow at the address below. All requests for travel awards must be received by May 15, 2003.
