by Joel S. Kaminsky

Professor Joel Kaminsky

Joel Kaminsky, Professor of Religion and Member of the Program in Jewish Studies, has co-authored a new book with Joel N. Lohr, lecturer in the Department of Religious Studies at Trinity Western University in Canada.

The Torah explores how Jews and Christians have each read this common scripture, examining key debates and different interpretations, while simultaneously illustrating the importance of the Torah in western jurisprudence, ethics, and contemporary conceptions of the family, morality, and even politics.
