Jane Yolen

Jane Yolen '60 ​has been called the Hans Christian Andersen of America and the Aesop of the twentieth century. With over 300 titles to her name, she is best known for her fantasy novels, for science fiction, for historical novels and animal tales. A Smith favorite is "Tea with and Old Dragon," a story about children visiting Sophia Smith.​
