This exhibit starts with a look at Smith in the 1970s, when queer life on campus moved into the public sphere. Moving through the early years of the New Millenium, materials from the College Archives document student activities, administrative decisions, and alumnae responses around Smith's queer community. The exhibit contains evidence of Smith's complex attitude towards homosexuality. Is Smith's queer community better off today than previously? Come and decide for yourself.
