Poet Cornelius Eady
Cornelius Eady is the author of seven books of poetry and two libretti, and is currently Distinguished Writer-in-Residence at the City College of New York. Together with poet Toi Derricotte, he founded Cave Canem, a non-profit organization which sponsors workshops for African American poets.
