Lecture, held in the Neilson Browsing Room, November 13,
7:30 p.m.
Kate
Moses's novel, Wintering (Anchor Books), focuses on the last months
of Sylvia Plath's life in which she created the poems of Ariel.
Diane
Middlebrook's biography, Her Husband (Viking), provides a portrait
of Ted Hughes and discusses how his life and art were shaped by his marriage
to Sylvia Plath.
