For Employers

After Your Internship

After you have completed your internship:

• write a thank-you note to your supervisor and to anyone else who helped you during your internship.
• make sure your supervisor has sent the Lazarus Center a letter or e-mail confirming you worked a minimum of 220 hours, and commenting on your work performance.
• fill out and submit the Summer Activity Report. The deadlines for submission is August 30, 2013.

A second Praxis payment ($200) will not be issued to you until the Lazarus Center has received all required documentation.

*If you do not hand in all required documents (see When to expect your second check) by the deadline, you will forfeit your second Praxis installment of $200.
