Participating Employers

There are three ways employers can participate:
(1) they can participate in the Interview Day and Career Fair
(2) they can participate in the Career Fair only;
(3) or they can participate only in the Interview Day.  

Please note participation in the Interview Day is limited to employers with full time positions.
 Employers wishing to recruit for their Internship programs can participate in the Career Fair.

Interview Day Program
Friday, October 25, 2013
9:00am - 5:00pm


Meet all of your recruiting needs in a single day! The LARC Interviewing Program includes a full-service day interviewing seniors from the 8 LARC member institutions. The day includes 13 pre-arranged, half-hour interviews. Space is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with an hour break for lunch.

You select the best candidates from each participating college (at least one per school if there are sufficient qualified applicants) and we will set up your interview schedule. Please fill out the online registration form so students can review, research and apply in the weeks before the program.

Career Fair
Friday, October 25, 2013
1:00pm - 4:00pm

A chance to meet informally with graduating seniors, recent graduates and underclass students from all 12 colleges seeking jobs and internships.

Please fill out the online registration form, and plan for a 3 hour Career Fair where you can meet with students and alumni from all eleven schools to present and showcase your organization.

Early Bird Registration deadline:
September 1, 2013
Final Registration deadline: September 13, 2013
Student Application deadline: October 2, 2013
Employers receive applications: October 4, 2013
Employer selections due/students notified: October 10, 2013
Employers Receive Final Schedules by: October 21, 2013

Employer Participation Fees:

Attendance Fees – Early bird (Until September 1st)

FOR PROFIT EMPLOYERS

Interview Day and Career Fair $500.00
This fee covers the cost of two Representatives from your organization including a 6' table at the Career Fair and one interview schedule and lunch for two. Note: Since the Interview Day and Career Fair take place in different locations within the Hotel at least one Representative must be at each location.

Interview Only (9:00-5:00) $375.00
This fee covers the cost of one Representative from your organization including one interview schedule and lunch for one representative.  An additional interview schedule can be added for $100.00 (See additional fees below).

Career Fair Only (1:00-4:00) $375.00
This fee includes one 6ft table at the Career Fair and lunch for one.  Additional Representatives are welcome at a charge of $25.00 per person, which includes lunch. (See additional fees below)  

NON PROFIT/GOVERNMENT EMPLOYERS    

Interview Day and Career Fair $250.00
This fee covers the cost of two representatives from your organization including a 6' table at the Career Fair and one interview schedule and lunch for two. Note: Since the Interview Day and Career Fair take place in different locations within the Hotel at least one Representative must be at each location.

Interview Only   (9:00-5:00) $200.00
This fee covers the cost of one representative from your organization including one interview schedule and lunch for one.  An additional interview schedule can be added for $100.00 (See additional fees below).

Career Fair Only (1:00-4:00) $200.00

Career Fair Directory Full-Page Ad $100.00
Organizations may choose to have a full-page ad in our Career Fair directory. The directory is distributed to all Career Fair attendees. This cost is in addition to the registration fee.  We will follow up with you and make arrangements to secure information.

Career Fair Directory Half-Page Ad $50.00
Organizations have the option of having a half page ad in our Career Fair directory. The directory is distributed to all Career Fair attendees. This cost is in addition to the registration fee.  We will follow up with you and make arrangements to secure information.
 
Co-Sponsor Student Refreshment Table $50.00
Co-sponsor the student refreshment table during Career Fair with organization logo and name displayed at the refreshment tables and in the student waiting area. 

Electrical Outlet
We have limited outlets. This will be on a first-come first-serve basis.
