The Smith College Lazarus Center takes part in several career fairs and interview days to help introduce students to a larger, more varied employer base. Employers that do not recruit on campus will often participate in these events.

SSW Virtual Resume Collection 2015
The School for Social Work Virtual Resume Collection will offer organizations the ability to promote opportunities to graduating SSW students and collect applications through our online portal, E-Access. Employers must register for the Resume Collection and may indicate on the registration whether they are interested in conducting interviews at Smith.

UMass Amherst Engineering, Sciences & Technology Career Fair

Meet employers and learn about their full-time career opportunities and internships and co-ops. For all technical majors, all level students, first year to graduate level. Professional dress is required. Registered employers

Massachusetts Green Career Conference
Fall 2015
This conference connects stakeholders from government, education, business and nonprofits and people interested in green careers to advance sustainable development. REGISTRATION includes full access to all conference amenities and features:  exhibits, speaker sessions, keynote, coaching, breakfast, lunch, networking, roundtable discussions, FREE book raffle, FREE parking, and FREE wifi.  

Liberal Arts Recruiting Connection (LARC)

The Liberal Arts Recruiting Connection (LARC) is a combination Career Fair and Interview Day that affords employers the opportunity to meet and interview students from eight highly selective liberal arts colleges.

The Fair at Wellesley College

The Fair combines the former Not-for-Profit & Public Service Fair and the Wellesley Women in Science Job & Internship Fair and welcomes for-profit companies and not-for-profit organizations in all industries as well as government agencies. Business casual attire is required.

Women’s Foreign Policy Group MENTORING FAIR

The program provides an opportunity to speak informally with senior-level international affairs experts about the skills required to break into the global job market and hear valuable advice and guidance regarding career planning and internships. The program is open to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as young professionals. Sectors include international development, NGOs, human rights, international law, international health, international business, diplomatic service, the UN, and communications. This year the event will be cosponsored by and held at New York University. Space is limited and advance registration is REQUIRED. Massachusetts Educational Recruiting Consortium (MERC) Career Fair and Orientation

The Massachusetts Educational Recruiting Consortium (MERC) is a group of New England colleges and universities offering degrees in education at the Bachelor's and Master's level. All Smith students are invited to the annual fair, whether majoring in education or seeking certification.
