The showcase provides examples of the Smith College community's work in a range of media. The gallery is intended to act as a catalyst for faculty, students and staff to help generate ideas for using digital media and developing teaching tools.

Getting Started
If you have an idea for incorporating technology into your coursework, consider the following design elements to help you get started.

  • Purpose of the project (or development of resource/tool)
  • Target audience
  • How will teaching be facilitated?
  • How do you envision the use of technology enhancing learning?
  • Notional learning hours
  • Existing media resources to be used
  • Media to be developed
  • Hardware, software, expertise needed to develop resource/tool
  • Anticipated annual revision required (resource/tool)
  • Anticipated date of delivery (resource/tool)
  • Method of delivery (resource/tool)
