Information Technology Services is pleased to announce our Fall 2009 technology training schedule for Smith students, faculty, and staff. The schedule includes hands-on
workshops on a variety of technology topics. Most topics are covered by a series of
workshops that progress from general introductory material to more complex or specialized
content.
The listing for each workshop includes a general description of class content, plus any prerequisites. Before
you register, please check the prerequisites to make sure you have the necessary training
or experience to begin the workshop at the same level as other participants.

Note: If you are interested in a topic but don't see a workshop at your
level, please contact the Technology Training Coordinator at techtrain@smith.edu to
discuss other training options.
Registering for a Workshop
All workshops have a limited capacity, so we ask you to sign up only
for workshops that are important for your academic or administrative projects,
and that you are sure you can attend.
If you register for a workshop then find you cannot attend, it is essential to let us know as
soon as possible so we can give your spot to the next person on the waiting list.
To register for one or more workshops, click on the registration link on the workshop description
page, or go directly to the online
registration form.
