  1. Install the required printer drivers from the Shared volume on Facserve:

    1. Connect to FACSERVE and open the SHARED volume.

    2. Open the Mac Xerox drivers folder on the first level.

    3. Run the install package that matches the model number of your MFD.

    4. When prompted, enter the administrator password for your computer.

  2. Install the iPrint software client:

    1. Click on the following link to access the Facserve iPrint page:

    4. IMPORTANT! When the iPrint installation is complete, be sure to CLOSE your browser window.

  3. Re-open your browser, return to the Facserve iPrint page, and click on the name of the printer you wish to install. That printer will become your default printer.

    1. Open Microsoft Word.

    2. Click on File / Print.

    3. Choose your MFD printer from the drop-down menu.

    4. Click on the up-arrow next to the printer name to display more options in the print dialog box.

    5. In the Copies and Pages drop-down menu, choose Accounting.

    6. For Accounting System, choose Xerox Standard Accounting or Auditron.

    7. Click on the Use Default Accounting Codes radio button.

    8. In the Default User ID box, enter your 4-digit account code.
