Changing Your Sophia Password

To change your Sophia password, log on with your existing password, then:

1. At the {Sophia}% prompt, type passwd in lower case (lower case only).
   
   
2. Type your existing password and press Enter.
   
   
3. Type your new password and press Enter.
   
   
4. Type the new password again for verification.

Use the new password next time you log on. Be aware that Sophia passwords are case-sensitive! So if you changed your password to wrt87, that is not the same as WRT87. If the network does not accept your password, review the guidelines for choosing safe and sexy passwords, and repeat.
