APPLE MAIL & VACATION RULES

Because Apple Mail is an IMAP client, it has to be connected to the server in order to apply a vacation rule. This means that your computer must be on and Apple Mail must be running for a rule to work. For this reason, we recommend that Apple Mail users use the GroupWise Desktop client or GroupWise WebAccess to setup a vacation rule.
