All Smith users can now access Google+ (Google Plus) via the new +You option in the Google Apps menu bar. Note that ITS does not support Google+ and that your Google+ profile is public. For more information, click here.

Reminder - BannerWeb PIN reset procedure for Faculty & Staff. Due to a recent policy change, faculty and staff who need their BannerWeb PIN reset should contact Human Resources at x2260 instead of the User Support Center. Thank you.

Three recent changes to Smith Mail you might want to know about:

1. Return receipts no longer require recipient acknowledgement.

If you click the Request return receipt link when composing a message, you will receive a message when the recipient opens the message. The recipient will not see your request when they open the message, but if they re-open it later, they will see that a return receipt was sent to you.

2. Email messages can now be saved as documents.

First, click the gear icon to open Mail settings, then click the Labs tab. Enable the Create a Document lab and save your changes. (Note that Google reserves the right to change or remove any Lab without warning.)

Once the Lab is enabled, you can open any message, click to open the More menu above the message, and choose Save as document.

3. Personal contacts groups can now be shared with other Smith users. For instructions, click here.
