PLEASE NOTE: Smith-licensed software can be installed only on Smith-owned computers due to licensing and asset-tracking restrictions.

Installed Software (not key-served)

The following software is installed on all faculty, staff, and computer center computers and is fully supported by ITS:

• Novell Netware Client
• Microsoft Windows or Apple Macintosh OS
• Microsoft Office for Windows: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  
• Microsoft Office for Macintosh: Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Transitional support is provided for previous versions of these applications. If you have any questions about supported versions, please contact the User Support Center at ext. 4487.

The following applications are not supported by ITS:

• Microsoft Access 2003 (Windows only)
  
• FileMaker Pro (installed by request only*)
  
• MySQL (installed by request only*)

The following key-served applications are included in the standard FCAP and administrative images. Most of these applications are also available in the student computer centers.

*Levels of Support:

• None: This application is not supported by Smith
• Install only: Help with installation questions only
• Partial: Help with basic operational questions only
• Full: Help with all questions
