COMPUTER REPAIR The Computer Technical Services (CTS) group repairs all college-owned computer equipment. CTS technicians also repair or arrange for warranty service for qualifying equipment purchased by Smith students, faculty, and staff through the Smith College Computer Store, including:

obtain service for college-owned
equipment, call the
User Support Center at
extension 4487 during
college business hours.
The USC staff can
help you solve many problems
over the phone. If this
is not possible, a technician
will come to your office
to diagnose and solve
the problem. If CTS cannot
repair your office equipment,
the Desktop Technology
Services group will replace
it.
These vendors offer a discounted hourly rate to Smith students, faculty, and staff on repairs of Windows and Macintosh computers. Flo-Tech (800-213-1112) repairs personally-owned printers.
