Blended Learning: A Bryn Mawr Perspective
Tuesday, April 26, 4:00pm
Seelye Hall 201
Join Jennifer Spohrer Director of Educational Technology Services at Bryn Mawr College, as she discusses Bryn Mawr's approach to blended learning. Faculty there are using online tools to provide students access to content outside of class and then gathering data to gauge how well they understand the material. Faculty are then able to adjust instruction based on that data. Jennifer will discuss strategies for incorporating this blended learning approach, and present examples from different types of classes (based on discipline, class size, and others).
Is there an educational technology you've been wanting to get a taste of? Are you wondering which tools can help maximize student learning? Just want to know what's new and have some fun?
