What Equipment is in my classroom?

Most classrooms are equipped with a projector and podium, which houses a computer capable of running both Windows and Macintosh operating systems. Standard classroom software such as Microsoft Office and a web browser is installed on all classroom podia machines.

Either in the podium or mounted on the wall you will find a DVD player and Extron Control Unit that allows you to choose what signal to send to the projector, connect a laptop, and control your audio level. Some rooms also have a VCR.
