Helpful Links The Cornell University Ergonomics Web contains links, news, and research tools. ErgoLib: for safer library computing has a list of tips for modifying your workstation. The Ergonomic Society of the United Kingdom describes the history and purpose of ergonomics, lists upcoming events such as conferences, and has an extensive list of ergonomics links. The Ergonomics Organization teaches "The Alexander Technique"; a method of self-evaluation of posture, breathing, balance, coordination, and other aspects of daily tasks in order to reduce or eliminate muscle tension.
