About Interterm
Interterm is the time between the end of winter break and the beginning of the spring semester, January 3 through January 24, 2012. Special noncredit courses and events are planned for the second two weeks of interterm, January 9 through January 13 and January 17* through January 20.
*College offices will be closed and no classes will be held on Monday, January 16, in observance of the birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.
Smith students who are registered for the fall 2011 semester are permitted to return to campus during this time, whether or not they are participating in interterm classes and events.
No credit is given for interterm courses offered through this program.
