I.S. Day (International Students Day Food Festival) is celebrated each year in the Campus Center Carroll Room as part of fall semester activities. This year I.S. Day will take place on Monday November 15.
Our international students prepare mouth-watering foods from their own family recipes and will be selling them during lunch. The students involved in the event will spend part of a November weekend cooking in one of the college kitchens with the assistance of Dining Services staff. Each year there are a wide variety of recipes from all over the world; the international students are excited to celebrate I.S. Day with the campus community.
Entry to the event is free; but food must be purchased with food tickets available at the door. Most dishes are priced between 2-4 tickets, so a meal of particularly rich variety with many unique options is very reasonably priced.
