When
you enter the United States you will be issued an I-94 form (Arrival and
Departure record) by the U.S. Immigration officer who will attach the form
inside your passport. This form is valid until your graduation and
must be kept in your passport at all times. When you leave the U.S.
at any time during your stay, you must surrender this form at the border
or to an official of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service.
Upon your return you will be issued a new I-94 provided you have the documents
mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
