Personal Collection Builder Tips
Name your collection: we suggest that you name your personal collection with your last name. The "Personal Personal Collections" folder will have other users' collections.
Cataloging Template:
Option 1: Select one of the templates listed in the PCB.
Option 2: Create your own template (See Elisa Lanzi
for guidance).
If you want to make your template fields searchable with other collections
(e.g. Smith and AMICA), please register your template for mapping with
imaging staff.
Data Consistency:
Scanning Tips - Naming images: use unique names, do not use characters, such as _ or &.
- Batch images: process images in small batches (e.g., 25) to better manage the project
