Kathleen McCartney will be formally installed as Smith College’s 11th president in ceremonies on Saturday, October 19. All are invited to the installation ceremony, which will take place at 3 p.m. in the Indoor Track and Tennis Facility and will feature an academic procession with representatives from colleges and universities around the world.

Inauguration weekend festivities will include exhibitions, presentations and performances celebrating Smith’s legacy of women’s leadership and ambitious vision for the future.
