Digital Production The Imaging Center will produce images for inclusion into Smith's Luna database. Orders are limited to faculty who are building teaching collections in LUNA. Please contact Elisa Lanzi, Director, Imaging Center, for information about building collections at elanzi@smith.edu. When submiting your request be sure to: Review Copyright information to ensure that your projected use of the images in LUNA is permitted. Download our Digital Image Request Form, open in MS Word and fill it out. Bring the form with accompanying materials to the Imaging Center front desk. Training Our staff are available for individual and classroom instruction for image research, scanning, Luna and ARTstor databases, and creating digital presentations. Please contact Jon Cartledge at jcartled@smith.edu to schedule a session.

gEquipment Loan The Imaging Center Equipment Loan service is for authorized Smith College faculty, students (with faculty permission), and staff for exclusive academic use in Hillyer Hall. Equipment is checked out at the Imaging Center front desk, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. To reserve equipment, please contact Betsy Coulter at bcoulter@smith.edu or x3104. Resources include: - multimedia cart (data projector/DVD/VCR/speakers) Most of the classrooms in Hillyer Hall are permanently equipped with a multimedia set-up, including: data/video projector, VCR player, DVD player, slide projector, speakers,and the Crestron integrated control panel.
