A Study Concerning Aspects on Living Environment and the Play of Children

      The life of children in Japan has changed in recent years, thereby giving a great impact on functional development in the physical growth of children. We have attempted to clarify through this study how greatly human and physical environments in childhood affect aspects of living experience and the play for children. The result indicated that the attitude of fathers and mothers toward their children as well as living forms or its environment, children live in had influenced play sites, play mate, length of play time and the content of play, etc. which will turn out living experience for children. Such being the case, it is necessary focus to prepare such environment hereafter that enables children to act positively in order to promote a healthy growth of children while being conscious of the importance of ordinary active play and sports. Since it is considered that children may be greatly influence so far as consciousness toward family, in particular in the play of sports with their parents or brothers. It is Los vital for parents or staff related to day care nurseries, etc to work out assistance which is well devised.
