Children
Kumiko Tokimoto, Yoko Yamamato, and Yohko Yamashita, Japan
The life of children in Japan has changed in recent years, thereby giving
a great impact on functional development in the physical growth of
children.
We have attempted to clarify through this study how greatly human and
physical
environments in childhood affect aspects of living experience and the play
for children. The result indicated that the attitude of fathers and
mothers
toward their children as well as living forms or its environment, children
live in had influenced play sites, play mate, length of play time and the
content of play, etc. which will turn out living experience for children.
Such being the case, it is necessary focus to prepare such environment
hereafter that enables children to act positively in order to promote a
healthy growth of children while being conscious of the importance of
ordinary
active play and sports. Since it is considered that children may be
greatly
influence so far as consciousness toward family, in particular in the play
of sports with their parents or brothers. It is Los vital for parents or
staff related to day care nurseries, etc to work out assistance which is
well devised.
