Human Resource Development
All employees are encouraged to further their careers through Human Resources Development workshops that are offered to staff and faculty in the fall and spring semesters. Job-related workshops include communication skills, conflict management, customer service, and management development. Programs focused on health and well-being such as yoga, stress management, and balancing work and life issues are also offered. Libraries
