Employee Fitness Program
The ESS Fitness Program is open to all Smith College
employees and their immediate families on a first-come, first-served basis. Class
size is limited.

ESS Program Course Offerings
Employees are eligible for employee tuition assistance
when they enroll in courses offered through the Exercise & Sport
Studies program. Courses include yoga, fencing, golf, swimming, diving,
aqua-aerobics, tennis, badminton, kick boxing, kayaking, canoeing, and more. To
