There’s no question about it - college life can be, and often is - stressful!
This holds true whether you’re a first year student trying to adjust to your new life away from home, a fourth year with the “senior jitters” about your MCAT exam or finding that “perfect” job, or anyone simply facing that ever-present college dilemma of trying to fit it all in…classes, studying, sports, work, friends…and still maintain your sanity!
But there are many things you can do to help “stress proof” yourself – such as eating well, getting regular exercise, and enough sleep. There are also many stress reduction techniques that can help you manage those unavoidable stressors, like your impending econ exam, money hassles, or a disagreement with a close friend.
