Quit Smoking Resources - from your friends at Health Services



1. "One On One" Help Quitting: Design your personal quit smoking plan! (or just come in for a "chat"). Zyban & the nicotine patch are options. Call x2823 for an appointment with a clinician, or x2824 for the health educator (many of us are former smokers!).

2. Smokers' Quit Line or On-line Info: For phone counseling and/or quit smoking materials, call 1-800-TRY-TO-STOP Monday - Thursday 9 am - 7 pm, Friday 9 am - 5 pm. For 24 hour recorded quit tips call: 1-800 943-8284. On line help: www.trytostop.org.
