Every day we make choices concerning food. Sometimes those choices can help our health and sometimes they can hurt it. Here are some resources on how to eat healthy at Smith, how to be a vegan/vegetarian, and how to help a friend or yourself with an eating disorder.
HEALTH AND NUTRITION
Healthy Vegan/Vegetarian Eating Being a vegatarian/vegan does not mean you just ignore certain foods. You need to take extra steps to ensure all your nutrients are accounted for. Without these, you can harm your body and your emotional state. Here is a starter guide for vegans/vegetarians. See the vegatarian pyramid!
