Title - Counseling Services

   Group Counseling

The Counseling Service is pleased to announce the start up of several different groups this semester:

Moodswingers: A support group for Smith students who experience mood swings associated with bipolar or cyclothymic disorders.

Mindful Eating: A wellness support group to provide skills for healthy eating habits and positive body image.

From Stress to Rest: Weekly drop-in sessions at the Campus Center.
