Exercise
Exercise
Exercise is considered not fun and painful, but it does not need to be. With some patience and time every one can find what they like to do for exercising. The reason I chose this topic is because I would like to learn more about exercising and learn to make exercising fun. Exercising is an important part of everyday life. Exercising helps reduce health problems, helps maintain healthy bones, muscles and joints, helps prevents or delays high blood pressure, and it also helps release stress.
Exercise is something done or performed as a means of practice or training. Exercising does not have to be painful. Two different ways that someone can exercise is aerobic and anaerobic. Aerobic exercise is when people use oxygen while exercising. Aerobic exercises should be performed for at least 30 minutes, 3-4 times a week. Anaerobic exercise is when people use no oxygen while exercising. An example of an anaerobic exercise would be a 100 yard dash. People should exercise 30 minutes a day.
Anybody and everybody is able to exercise. Exercising is not just pushups, sit ups, running. People can also exercise by walking around the neighborhood with friends, playing sports for a school team or even just with friends or family members. There are exercises people could do on a daily bases without even thinking they’re exercising.
Some ways people can exercise without thinking it is exercise is by:
• Take the stairs
• Walking to places instead of driving
• Cleaning the house in a fast pace
• Doing yard work
• Or even just walking around in the mall
On television we are taught that we have to do painfully boring exercises instead of thinking of ways that you can do that will not hurt or be boring. Many people give up on their exercising plan for many reasons it hurts; they are tired of the same work out every day.
Some ways that will help people stick with their exercising plain would be:
• Choose an activity you like to do
• Have a friend exercise with you
• Change what you do every day do not do the same exercise every day it will get boring
• Choose a time well for you to exercise
• Do not give up it will take time before you see a change
• Make exercise fun
